KY - New program frees felony defendants

They're defendants such as Ryan Derrough, a 23-year-old charged with drug charges, wanton endangerment and possessing a homemade grenade.

Press acknowledged that some inmates have fled and others have committed additional crimes while in the program -- a hazard he said is impossible to predict.
