KC3 is fortunate to have made arrangements with some very kind authors/publishers to allow us to sell their books, which are of value to persons who carry concealed weapons or just plain own guns.

The prices you see include Kentucky state sales tax. (Sorry, we have to collect this tax!)

Unfortunately, we're not presently in a position to take mail order but our books are available from our display table at various gun shows throughout the state.

TRAVELER'S GUIDE to the FIREARM LAWS of the FIFTY STATES, J. Scott Kappas, Esq, Annual;  $10.00, includes tax.

Scott Kappas is a Kentucky attorney, and KC3 member.  His book is the result of what must have been hundreds of hours of agonizing research, letters. and phone calls!  It is incredibly thorough, and is as current as possible with today's politics. (Keep in mind governors issue "Administrative Regulations" like cows pass gas, and the BATF issues a daily update on its own version of the Constitution - or what's left!)

If you get nothing more out of it than the list of official contacts in the various states for up-to-date regulations and reciprocity, then it's worth far more than its price.  I have one in my car, as well as one on my bookshelf.

THE POCKET CONSTITUTION, prefaced by Roger Pilon and published by the CATO Institute, 1998;  $2.00, includes tax.

A pocket sized edition of the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution that makes a quick handy reference for dispelling many of the myths and urban legends that arise in everyday debate.  A must for everyone that wishes to set the record straight.
